Prof. Meenakshi Rawat is currently an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of the Academics curriculum at IIT Roorkee, Roorkee, India. She is also Professor-in-Charge of the Ranking and Analytics Committee.

Dr. Rawat has been TPC for WAMS-2022 and MAPCON-2022 and Chair for the 'Women in Microwave' session for iMARC-2019, Mumbai, and iMARC-2021, IIT Kanpur. She has contributed to national mission projects like the Scheme for Promoting Academic and Research Collaborations (SPARC), IMPacting Research INnovation and Technology (IMPRINT-II), Global Initiative of Academic Networks(GIAN), and NPTEL. She is serving as a project review panel member for SURE, POWER, SRG, and CRG grant schemes of the Science and Engineering Board (SERB) and as an SDR expert for various projects of DRDO.
