Dr. T. P. Chaturvedi

Senior Professor, Banaras Hindu University.

Dr TP Chaturvedi, senior professor at BHU, having teaching experience of approximately 27 years out of which approximately 7 years at AMU before joining BHU from where Dr Chaturvedi did a PhD from IIT. Dr Chaturvedi has done BDS (1993) and MDS (1996) from KG Medical University at Lucknow.  He has academic and administrative experiences in AMU and BHU in various capacities such as Hostel Warden, Proctor, Head, Dean, Member of various academic and administrative committees/bodies etc and selected for leadership in an academic programme (LEAP, 2019) at Ohio State University by the ministry of HRD, government of India. He published 124 publications at various journals, cited more than 1800 times till date besides 3 books and 3 chapters. He was editor, editorial members of various journals and enlisted the top 2% world scientist list prepared by Stanford University, USA (2020, 2021). He has been granted 2 patents and filed 1, with the cooperation of IIT, BHU. He has been involved in the organization of various health camps, conferences, seminars and other social works for the benefit of the general public and students.  He also involved in the development of faculty at BHU and department at AMU and awarded various awards and fellowship including FAMS.
