Associate Professor (Retired), St. Xaviers College, Mumbai.

I graduated from Anthropology Department, University of Delhi in 1976 . Completed my Masters in Anthropology  with a Gold Medal in 1978 from the same department. I the went on to do my MPhil In Anthropology in 1981 in Social Anthropology. I taught Anthropology and Sociology for about 22 years before I retired from St Xaviers College, Mumbai in 2015.  I have taken courses in Gender Studies, Introductory Anthropology, Urban Anthropology. Corporate Anthropology, Human Rights.
