Ms. Sailaja Sarvepalli is an Engineer, Advocate, Indian Patent Agent and Certified Yoga Teacher. She has over 12 years of experience working on a wide range of Intellectual Property and Legal matters ranging from identification, protection, enforcement to the management of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Industrial Designs and other Legal Matters for several domestic & international clients including Government Organizations, Colleges, Companies, Startups, MSME’s, Individuals, Grassroot Innovators, Students and other Organizations in varied technological fields.

She is the Founder & Managing Partner of SAILAJA SARVEPALLI & CO., an IPR & LegalServices Firm. She is the Partner and Legal Head of B. SRINIVASA RAO & CO., a Chartered Accountancy firm established in the year 1999. She is the Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India. She is an Empanelled Mentor and Consultant for several Incubation Centres & Colleges including Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB), Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India Women Entrepreneurs Hub (ALEAP WeHub), Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), AIC-GISC Foundation of Gujarat Technological University, Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology and others. She is an IPR Expert, Panel Member & Mentor in the Institution’s Innovation Council of Higher Education Institutions including Osmania University and others, MoE’s Innovation Cell established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. She is a volunteer at Palle Srujana, a voluntary organization engaged in spotting rural talent, aiding and promoting grassroots innovations and traditional knowledge.

Her qualification and certifications include B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, PGD in Patent Law from NALSAR University, LL.B. from Andhra Mahila Sabha College of law for Women, MDP in IPR from IIM Ahmedabad, Patent Agent from Patent Office of Government of India, Certified Yoga Teacher, Advanced Teacher Training in Yoga Education from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and certifications from NI-MSME, WIPO among many others. She is a diversely experienced professional in technology, law and business matters, addressing the business needs of clients by providing 360-degree perspective approach solutions in a wide range of Intellectual Property and legal matters.
