Prof. SURYANARAYANA ALAMURI is a Former Dean, Faculty of Management, Osmania University (OU) and Chairperson, Board of Studies, Department of Business Management, OU, Hyderabad. He has authored two International Text Books titled “Human Resources Management in the New Millennium” and “Reimaging HR in the Eclectic New Age” from Westbury Publishing Ltd., Nottingham, U.K. He has taught for more than four decades subjects such as HRM, Organizational Behavior, and other management-related courses at the Post-graduate level and has vast research and training experience. He is the recipient of the ‘Best Professor in Management in HRM’ Global Award from World Education Congress (2012) and Lifetime Achievement Award (2020) from Institution Innovation Council of VICAS and approved by Innovation Cell of MHRD & AICTE. He earned a place in Who’s Who in the World 2012 and a position in IBC’s Top Educators-2014 from the International Biographical Centre (IBC) in 2014. He has also received IKON HR Dronacharya Award (2018). He is a Certi?ed Mentor—Management Education from the Global Management Teachers Consortium. He is a Fellow Member of World Business Institute, Melbourne, Australia (FWBI) and International Society of Management (FISM) and Academy of Global Business Advancements (FAGBA) and an Associate Member of Society for Interdisciplinary Business Research and Senior Member of Global Science and Technology Forum, Singapore, and International Economic Development Research Centre, Hongkong. He has presented over 200 papers at International Conferences both within and outside India across the globe and over 100 papers in National Seminars. He has Five International Book Chapters (USA and Germany) over 150 Publications in International and National Journals, Edited Books, Compendiums of Conference Proceedings. He has also successfully guided over two dozen scholars both for their Doctoral and M. Phil research degrees. He has travelled to several countries such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Dubai, Sharja, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc.
