Ms. Nupur Pandit is an IPR professional, currently associated with Thermax Group of Companies (Sector - Energy & Industrial Engineering), headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. She is experienced in working and managing in-house Intellectual Property cell operations of research organizations. 

In her previous roles, she has been associated with National Innovation Foundation, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India as an IP counsel (Innovation Fellow) under the Intellectual Property Management Department, where she worked on securing IP rights from innovation funnel to reduction to practice of grassroot level innovations in the field of agriculture, engineering, human health & veterinary, supported by institute. She has also worked for a tech start up as a Patent Engineer, setting up and counselling on protecting and designing around IP strategies for successful IP enforcement under go to market scenarios. 

In her 8 years of experience in industry and the roles under in-house IP counsel to varied research & development teams of organizations (public & private), she had widely dealt with securing IP rights - Patents, Trademarks/Brand Protection, Industrial Designs, Plant Varieties & FR and procedures towards National Bio-diversity conversation; IP research & analytics; IP generation & enforcement counting an end-to-end management of IP portfolio in Indian & Foreign Jurisdictions.
