Currently the Principal of Shree Mallikarjun College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Canacona. Earlier served  Associate Professor at Shree Damodar College at Margao with teaching experience of over 19 years, including teaching as expert faculty at Narsee Monjee, SP Jain Institute, TA Pai Institute Manipal, the BSE and NSE training Institute in Mumbai, besides Goa Institute of Management, and Goa University in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Investment Research and Economic Policy.  

Authored 09 books in Accounting & Commerce, contributes 11 regular columns on the print media every month. On Dainik Gomantak every Monday, Daily Gomantak Times on Tuesdays, on Goan Varta Sunday every forthnightly and on Business Goa every month. Currently Hon. Trustee of Gurukul Academy, a CBSE School in Ponda was formerly, Chairman of Goa Commerce Association, Education Committee of the Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coordinator of Goa Lusophonia Games 2013 and Advisor to Goa Industrial Development Corporation, Govt of Goa.

A Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in the subject of Economic Analysis and Policy by the Osmania University, Hyderabad, was awarded PhD. from IIT Bombay, (Powai-Mumbai) in the area of Empirical Finance. Post Graduate in Business Administration from Central University Pondicherry and Teacher Fellowship in Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore and Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

A University first rank holder and a Gold Medalist at the M.Com examination from Goa University were awarded Best Business Enabler of the Year Award 2016 by Business Goa Magazine. For his writings is awarded as the Best Columnist of the Year 2018 by Dainik Gomantak. For his excellence in the field of education and youth empowerment was awarded the Bharat Excellence National Award and Gold Medal, the Indo-Global National Leadership Award, and National Youth Empowerment Award in recognition of extraordinary achievements in education and selfless social service.

Recognized Research Guide currently guiding 05 PhD students. Have published around 60 research papers in reputed journals, and completed 4 research projects. Currently associated on Editorial Board of 7 Academic Journals and has bagged Best Research Paper awards and Gold Medals for his research work at the All India Commerce Conference as well as the All India Accounting Conference. He is passionate about classical Music, Reading and Football.
