Prof. (Dr.) Lakshmana Rao. Bathala, presently the Director PG Stuies; Prof. & HoD, Department of Prosthodontics, Lenora Institute of Dental Sciences, Rajanagaram, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. He has completed BDS and MDS (Prosthondontics) from Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Hyderabad and has 21 Years of Experience.

He is the Author of a text book on 'Temporomandibular Joint and its disorders and Management', His total publications are 82. He is Dr. NTR University Recognized PhD Guide and Member PG Board of Studies (Dental), Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

He is 'President Elect' - IPS A.P., State Branch, Co-Ordinator for NAAC Peer visit to Lenora Institute of Dental Sciences, Rajahmundry in 2017, Chairman Institutional Ethical commitee, Lenora Institute of Dental Sciences, Rajahmundry and Former Executive committee Member of Indian prosthodontic society(IPS).
