Dr Srinivasa Rao Pulijala

Dr Srinivas Rao Pulijala, a Post graduate in Medicine; Member of Royal college of General Practitioners; Member of American college of Physicians; had Continuing Education in Emergency Medicine and Diabetes; a Management graduate from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has coauthored books on Hospital management and Health informatics. He is the Program Director for Healthcare management program at IIM-Bangalore, a visiting faculty at Jain University, Apollo College of Management, Hyderabad and Central University, Hyderabad. He is a globally recognized public speaker on topics related to healthcare.

Dr Rao comes with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector in India and across the globe. Before taking over Apollo MedSkills as the CEO, Dr Rao has led multiple complex assignments globally during his association with the leading Healthcare organizations of the world including Apollo Hospitals, Siemens Healthcare, GE Healthcare, Apollo Health Street.

Dr. Srinivasa Rao took over as Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Medskills Ltd., the skilling arm of Apollo Hospitals Group, since April 2017. Since he assumed the role of CEO, he has been at the helm of the affairs and the company has delivered a solid and consistent financial growth and also won several prestigious awards and recognitions nationally and globally. Dr.Rao is the Program Director for Healthcare Management Programme at IIM B.

At Apollo MedSkills, he is the primary driving force behind building business, re-engineering business processes, developed productive sourcing relationships across the globe; capitalized on growth opportunities through innovative strategies for building high-level revenues; development and launch of new product lines. He also delineates Apollo Knowledge’s business direction with the future of Healthcare skilling and e-learning industry.

Under the able leadership of Dr.Rao, Apollo MedSkills, today, is leading the skilling revolution in the healthcare sector in India.
