Brief profile of Prof. Murali Mohan Narasipuram :

Prof. Murali Mohan Narasipuram is an Engineering Graduate from JNTU in ECE and a PG from IIT Delhi in Systems and Management. He has 35 years of academic experience in tertiary institutes and as well in IT industry across the globe. He is a Life-time Fellow of Hong Computer Society and British Computer Society. He is an International Arbitrator with certification jointly from Queen Mary College, London and Hamline University School of Law, USA. He is an Examiner for Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB), London, UK. He was one of the 23 alumni who were felicitated as the Most Outstanding products of the Engineering College, Kakinada, India in the year 2006 as a part of its Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.

Prof. Narasipuram taught for 4 generations of students from UK and China during 1990-2012 in Hong Kong. He worked as Visiting Professor in Washington State University, Pullman, USA, and Visiting Professor, IIIT, Hyderabad. He worked as an Exchange Professor with German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), Saarbuken, Germany, with Beijing University Centre for Artificial Intelligence, and with University of Reading/ Staffordshire, UK. He was the Program Director and later Program Advisor, for the award-bearing academic programs of University of Staffordshire, UK in Hong Kong for 17 years, 1995-2012.  After returning to India, he worked as Director of Badruka School of Management, Hyderabad, and currently working with the Institute of Academic Excellence as Director (Planning and Strategy).

He is an Active Researcher with over 50 publications and 100 keynote talks/guest lectures. He has rich International Experience in Institution building. His 35 years of experience is a golden blend of 10 years with Industry and 25 years in Academics in USA, UK, Hong Kong, Portugal, Fiji and India. He is an accomplished Teacher with Teaching Excellence awards and a distinguished member of a number of renowned committees/Institutions.

He has conducted Invited sessions on International Arbitration and Intellectual Properties for CSI/IIITH, for Infosys and in the SDSI Conferences, Dallas, US. He has delivered Invited Lectures on “Arbitration Costs” at the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, Chennai and on “IP issues” at Delhi.
