Being a part of the three-day Institutional Development Plan (IDP) workshop hosted by Institute of Academic Excellence (IAE) Hyderabad at the Dr. MCR Institute in Hyderabad from June 4–6, 2025, was undoubtedly an honor. Kudos to Dr. Venkatesh, Director of IAE, and his outstanding team for putting together this informative session, that was attended by more than 100 Vice Chancellors, Founders, Directors, and senior management fellows from numerous reputable HEIs around the nation. The IDP is an essential document for HEIs that is based on the long-term goal and acts as a road map and.
